Spring is just beginning, and that of course means that the sun is out to give our Flora a boost - it’s a season of new beginnings!
Being socially and environmentally responsible is a big part of our philosophy, and is something we incorporate into our program and teachings to the children. So our Head Office team have taken on the challenge to each take care of their own plant.
Taking a trip to our local Bunnings store, we have formed two teams each taking care of a different plant species. This will allow staff to discuss changes, strategies and practical steps to take when caring for their plant.
Team culture is something we take seriously at Inspire - we are always on the look out for ways the we can invest in our team, and build teamwork! This is the start of Inspire’s bigger plans to really get involved with the community and environment, whilst working collectively as a team.
