Get ready to take to the air at Sydney Trapeze School!
Children will join an exciting gymnastics and trapeze skills workshop led by experienced instructors from Sydney Trapeze School. It’s an awesome opportunity to get active, learn new skills and try something a little different!
The session will begin with a safety introduction, where instructors will explain the rules, demonstrate what to expect and show children how to safely take part in each activity.
Children will then break into smaller groups and rotate through a range of exciting circus skills, including mini trampoline, aerial activities such as hammock and lyra, and circus manipulation skills like juggling and poi.
The highlight of the day will be the flying trapeze! Each child will have the opportunity to get up on the trapeze, take a swing through the air and experience the thrill of flying.
With experienced instructors guiding them throughout the session, children will be encouraged to challenge themselves, build confidence, develop coordination and, most importantly, have fun trying something new!
It’s an action-packed day of gymnastics, circus skills and aerial adventure that children won’t forget!
