At Inspire, our centre team is enthusiastic and are positive role models who have high expectations for all children. They build strong and supportive relationships with children and families, and respect children’s rights to contribute to the program and to make decisions in matters that affect them. Our team thinks carefully about the program in evaluating and planning for future programs through collaborative and professional dialogue. Reflective practice drives program direction, and professional learning opportunities are also valued by Inspire for their potential to support quality improvements.
The centre team understand children’s individual needs and dispositions and respond to them accordingly. They are enthusiastic participants in children’s fun and discovery.
Responsible Persons
Each of our centres are led by a designated Responsible Person. They make sure the operations of each afternoon remains at an exceptional level.
Our Responsible Persons ensure that we are not only complying with regulations, but that we also are innovative in our practices every afternoon.
Taekwondo Instructors
Our Taekwondo Instructors are masters of their craft and spend every afternoon imparting their knowledge to the children.
Trained in the World Taekwondo Federation style of Taekwondo, our instructors turn Inspire into more than just a simple OSHC.
Educators
Educators are the team members who make sure every activity is not to be missed.
Whether it is working to complete homework, guiding the children through amazing science experiments or allowing them to flex their creative muscles, our educators are here to make your child’s afternoon feels special every time.
The support Squad
Inspire is proud to partner with local high schools to provide students with an opportunity to be a part of our team. The key responsibility of our Inspire Support Squad is to support children with their school homework as well as Inspire's supplementary educational activities.
