Bookings are now open!

In light of developments with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Inspire has made changes to the upcoming School Holiday Fun Program. These include:

  • We will not be running any excursions, or third party run incursions.
  • We will be capping our numbers to ensure adequate indoor space for each child
  • In addition to our existing cleaning practices, we will be taking extra precautions by disinfecting the centre throughout the day. For instance, while children are engaging in outdoor activities, staff will disinfect the centre. To support this, Inspire will roster additional hours for staff
  • Inspire will have exclusive use of our venues for the entire school holidays period.
  • Staff will actively promote of good hygiene measures throughout the centre such as regular hand washing
  • Hand sanitiser and hand wash products will be available for use
  • All staff will be required to confirm that they have not travelled overseas or been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
Please note that Wednesday 15th March will still be Ninja Warrior 2.0 day as this is being run by our staff and using our own equipment.  For all other days, children will get to choose from 4 major activities to work on, and these will include great creations that they can take home with them. These activities include Build a Car, Tote Bag and Hat Decoration, Kite Making and Pillow Making.  In addition to this there will be various mini activities to keep them busy throughout the day.
Another dedicated area will be set up to run Animation Workshops and movies, while outdoor times will be conducted with with Inspire’s own sporting equipment.
We are working hard to keep our children safe, and at the same time allow them to be children and have lots of fun during this difficult time.

How to book for School Holiday Fun using My Family Lounge!

  1. Log in to the My Family Lounge platform (we recommend using Google Chrome!)
    1. If you have never used the platform before you will need to register.
    2. If you have used the platform before you will already have an account.
  2. Complete the online enrolment for Inspire Program Australia by selecting “Start Enrolment”
    1. When completing the enrolment form ensure you select the correct centre (at the top left-hand side of the web page)
  3. After completing the enrolment form complete a casual booking by selecting “Add Casual Booking”
    1. Select the day you wish to book, making sure to read the display note, before clicking on “Book Selected Day”.
    2. Repeat this process for all days you would like to book
    3. After you have selected all days you wanted to book, click on “Save and Exit”
    4. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully before selecting “Confirm”
  4. Once Inspire has received and processed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This may take up to 2 – 3 business days.
  5. Please note that all confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Please note that your CCS can only be linked to one “My Family Lounge” account. If you create a new account we will have to merge it with your existing account and delete the duplicate – this will incur a $25 administration fee. If you are unsure about whether you have already have an account, or need to find out which email address is linked to your account, please email or call us on 1300 665 275.
